E-Invoicing in KSA

Saudi Arabia to introduce, E-invoicing from 4 December 2021. General Authority of Zakat and Taxes (GAZT) has issued regulations for implementation of e-invoicing process effective from 4 December 2021. These regulations are part of the existing VAT regulations, and will be applicable in the same manner, non-compliance will be subject to hefty penalties.
